Make it your workout.

A look at planning, logging, and the areas you can choose.

01 / YOUR STARTING POINT

Choose a plan.

Plan for me

Get a suggested daily workout based on your saved preferences, equipment, available time, and the information you choose to share. Review it before you begin.

Use my own plan

Save your routines, schedule workouts, and log each session as you go.

02 / DURING YOUR SESSION

Keep the controls close.

Review exercises and targets, record sets, and use the rest timer. You can adjust a target or finish early. Your history records what you did.

Connect Apple Music if you want to listen to your library while you train.

03 / THE REST OF YOUR DAY

Use the areas that help.

Food, hydration, recovery estimates, and progress views are optional. You can hide an area while keeping its saved history.

Nutrition Facts capture and voice entry open a draft for you to review before saving. Health access is optional; reading from Apple Health and sharing completed workouts or reviewed food logs are separate choices.

04 / KNOWING THE LIMITS

Keep estimates in perspective.

Recovery scores are estimates. Strenra shows when information is missing or uncertain. A score cannot tell you that exercise is safe for a symptom or condition. The Safety page explains these limits.

Core will be free at launch.

Daily guidance, workout logging, saved routines, scheduling, and history are included. Strenra is preparing for its first public iPhone release; an App Store link will appear when it is available.
