Who operates Strenra

Strenra and this website are personally operated by Noah Ewing. This policy covers the Strenra app, this website, and support communications.

App data saved on your iPhone

Strenra is local first. Your logs, routines, plans, and preferences are saved on your device. Optional connections and sharing actions have separate choices, described below. Hiding an app area preserves its saved history.

Core manual workout, food, and water logging can be used without Apple Health, camera, location, microphone, speech, calendar, or music access.

Apple Health: reading and sharing are separate

If you grant access, Strenra reads only the Health data used by enabled features. You can separately choose to share completed Strenra workouts or reviewed food logs with Apple Health. A local save does not depend on Health sharing succeeding.

Health records can be managed in Apple Health and iPhone Settings. Removing local Strenra data and removing a copy in Apple Health are separate actions. Apple’s handling of Health data is also governed by your Apple settings and Apple’s privacy information.

Optional private iCloud setup backup

When you explicitly save a supported setup snapshot, only supported questionnaire preferences go to your private iCloud account. This is not workout-history backup or automatic history sync. Workout, food, recovery and progress history, Health readings, sensitive health answers, unrestricted notes, permission settings, and purchase information are excluded.

You can review, restore, or remove the supported setup snapshot in Account. Your iCloud account and Apple’s services also follow Apple’s terms and privacy practices.

Other access you can choose

Camera

Nutrition Facts text capture creates a short-lived draft for your review. It does not automatically save a meal or write to Apple Health.

Microphone and speech recognition

Optional voice entry creates a reviewable nutrition draft. System speech services handle recognition according to your device settings and Apple’s practices.

Location and Apple Weather

Optional location access supplies current local weather through Apple Weather. Weather is optional context and does not establish recovery or medical safety.

Calendar

Optional calendar access is used for availability, rather than importing event titles or notes into a plan.

Apple Music

Optional music access enables library browsing and playback. Music does not influence training or recovery decisions.

Review feature choices in Strenra’s Privacy & Data area. System permissions are managed in iPhone Settings.

Exports and support you initiate

When you create an export, you choose where to save or share the copy. The destination you select may have its own privacy practices. You manage exported or shared copies separately from the local app data.

If you choose in-app feedback when it is available, the app submits your message and selected screenshots to the service at ironbattalion.net for delivery to Strenra support. Review both before sending: typed text and visible screenshots can contain personal or health information. The service is a separate connection from this website. No automatic health-data upload is part of Core feedback.

A reviewed support summary contains app and iOS versions and diagnostic counts, excluding activity and health details. Sending email shares your email address and the content and attachments you include with support and the mail providers involved. Avoid sending health details that are unnecessary to your question.

Website and support processing

This website is hosted with HostArmada. Hosting and security infrastructure process ordinary request information, such as IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time, to serve and protect the site. The scenery uses artwork from the app, chosen on page load using your browser’s local clock and time zone. This happens on your device, without requesting location access, saving a preference, or sending the clock or time zone to a separate service. Motion pauses when the scenery is offscreen or the tab is hidden, and follows reduced-motion and supported data-saving preferences. This site has no advertising trackers, analytics, contact form, mailing-list signup, or tracking cookies.

Support email uses the Strenra support address at ironbattalion.net. Mail delivery and storage involve the relevant hosting and email providers. Visiting this site does not sign you up for email.

Support messages are used to respond to requests and investigate reported issues. Operational records may also be needed for security, abuse prevention, and legal obligations. Contact support to ask about retention or deletion of a particular message or record.

Your controls and requests

Delete individual entries where you log them, or choose categories under Delete data in Privacy & Data. Check optional iCloud snapshots, Apple Health copies, and files you exported separately.

For help with these controls, see data and deletion help. For a request about support communications or website data, email Strenra@ironbattalion.net. Describe the request without sending a full health export. Requests may require enough information to identify the relevant records; applicable rights depend on your location.

Changes to this policy

Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. This policy describes current launch scope; future features may require revised information and separate choices.
